Tips for Attending Studio Classes
- Wear loose comfortable exercise clothes and trainers.
- Bring a bottle of water and a small towel.
- Make sure you tell the instructor that you are new to the class.
- Bring your ticket.
- Advise the instructor of any health related problems or injuries you may have.
- If you are asthmatic please bring your inhaler with you.
- Make sure you don't come to a class hungry, thirsty or having just eaten.
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before the class is scheduled to start.
- Ensure your mobile phone is switched off during classes.
- Please bring an exercise mat.
- No spectators are allowed in the studio.
..... and finally, if you would like to book in advance for classes to avoid disappointment, you can either book online or at reception.
